1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CareerCraft ("the Platform"), operated by DuoStack ("we," "us," "our") at careercraftai.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

CareerCraft is an AI-powered career platform that helps students and professionals build resumes, create portfolio websites, practice mock interviews, and discover job and internship opportunities. The platform also includes VentureGrid, a startup community where founders, builders, and investors can connect and collaborate.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CareerCraft. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@careercraftai.in of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

CareerCraft offers Free, Premium, and Max subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Razorpay. All payments are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

CareerCraft uses artificial intelligence to generate resumes, portfolio content, interview questions, and evaluation reports. All AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. CareerCraft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. Users are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. CareerCraft shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content including but not limited to job application results, interview performance, or career decisions.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform to advertise or offer to sell goods and services
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile or account
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity on the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from other users
• Submit false or misleading information in resumes, profiles, or applications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users accounts or data

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by DuoStack and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create using the Platform. By using the Platform, you grant DuoStack a limited license to process your content solely to provide the services.

9. Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content on CareerCraft infringes your copyright, please notify us at hello@careercraftai.in with details of the alleged infringement. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoStack's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of CareerCraft shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. DuoStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CareerCraft shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations via email at hello@careercraftai.in. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Indian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
